It Consists Of A Fixed Base And Its Mobile MTR. The MTR Is Plugged Into The Base And Only Removed From The Base At The Time Of The Routine Patrol. During The Routine Patrol, The MTR Is Placed Above Of Each Check Point Button For Few Seconds. Once The Check Point Is Read, The MTR Light Will Start Flashing To Indicate That The Point Was Stored. At This Time The Guard Just Need To Move To The Next Check Point And Do The Same In Order To Scan It As Well. 

At The End Of The Round Or Routine Patrol, The Guard Must Go And Plug The MTR On Its Base Set.  Once Placed Back On The Base Set, After About 45 Seconds, The MTR Will Start Flashing To Indicate That The Scanned Data Was Uploaded Into Our Secure Server. After This Step, The Guard Boss, Supervisor Or Administrator Can Log Into The Indicated Web Portal To Access The Stored Information. 

In Summary, The Steps Are As Follow:

1. Unplug The MTR From The Base
2. Move Around And Scan All Check Points
3. Go Back To The Initial Position And Plug The MTR Into Its Base Set
4. Wait For 45 Seconds To See The MTR Flashing Light
5. The MTR Is Ready For The Next Round
